Are you running out of breath on the treadmill of your life and career?
Has your career lost its gloss and you can’t see what’s next?
Are you ready to make a change in your life and career, but you’ve no idea what to do first?
You know you want to make a change in your life but you’re stuck in the “How.”
You and your career have lost their polish and you don’t know how to get back the shine.
Your family obligations, like a mortgage and children, seem to make any changes to your current circumstances completely out of reach.
The way you feel about your life and career is affecting your relationships - you feel irritable and emotional, and it’s draining your energy.
If you had guidance and support, and a little objectivity to get you back on track, you know life would be very different.
What you need is:
Clarity of what you DO want, not what you DON’T want, so you can focus on the positive, and receive more of it!
Clear achievable goals so you can pick them off one by one at your own pace.
A sense of what’s possible instead of focusing on all the things that seem wrong.
Support to explore all the options and decide on your next path - there are always so many more options than A or B that you can’t always see.
A simple achievable plan to get you moving in the direction you desire without feeling overwhelmed.
Strategies to feel calmer, more in control, and more in love with your life and career.
And someone who’s been where you are now.
You see, I know change.
Most of my adult life I have danced with change - new countries and cultures, several careers and many restructures, and relationships, too. The road hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve learned from each and every challenge. Perhaps my most challenging change was four years ago when, all at the same time:
I left my 20 year corporate career to become an executive and personal coach;
I established my own business, having never been an entrepreneur before;
I left the UK, my country of residence at the time, to establish myself and my business in France;
I crossed cultural and language barriers to begin a relationship with a français.
it was my most challenging transition to date.
Even now, as I write this, I’m in the midst of another life change. I’m relocating from Paris to my home country of New Zealand after almost 20 years living internationally, and I’m living out of a suitcase for much of this year. That brings its own challenges, and one of the things I’m (re)learning this time is how to be emotionally resilient and adaptable - super-important to facing change comfortably.
What you need is someone who has been where you are now, facing change with resilience.

But hold up - this isn’t for everyone.
If you’re not ready to create change in your life - that’s totally fine. We are all ready in our own time, and you need to be ready and willing to do things differently, to flip the mental switch on what you don’t want to open up to what you DO want.
This isn’t a replacement for therapy. If you feel compelled to take prescription medication or substances with no motivation to kick them, I urge you to seek help from a therapist first, then let’s talk later.
What clients are saying
I knew Helen would be the right support and motivator for me. Helen has helped me gain perspective of what I really want to be doing which has opened up a world of possibilities. I no longer stress about having 25 - 30 years of work left before I can retire, but wonder whether 25 - 30 years is enough time to accomplish all that I want to accomplish; nor do I consider retirement a goal. Being involved in something I love and being able to wind my work through the fabric of my life is a revelation in work life balance. Helen helped me realise my indecision about career moves, general stress and lack of connection to my work was because I was so far removed from what I really wanted to be doing.
